Fraser is an Aviation C-Suite Executive with 30 years of experience leading Companies. As an Executive, Fraser is recognized as a Strategy Architect with a focus on building sustainable MRO Growth with future focused organizations.  Fraser has extensive experience of leading both Airline and MRO as CEO and Accountable Manager driven by delivering Safe Operations and shareholder value. Fraser joined  Joramco (A DAE Company) in 2018 where he drove the commercial success of the business as part of the companies "Transformation Journey". As CEO, Fraser has led the company through incredible growth and success including the addition of new capacity both within the existing footprint and with the addition of a new A380 capable hangar able to take a mix a 5 aircraft in parallel, which allows the business to generate over 1.8M hours of direct labour per year across 22 lines of maintenance. Fraser's early career started as a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. Fraser studied his MBA at the Open University and added to this with an executive program at INSEAD Business School in France.
